Following the Schrems II ruling, transferring personal data to providers subject to US legislation (Cloud Act) involves legal risks. Since iP.1 is a Swedish company with servers in Sweden, these compliance risks are entirely eliminated.
When creating an account or signing an agreement, you receive our standardized DPA covering all GDPR requirements. It can also be customized for specific requirements within the public sector or finance.
We use direct operator connections without insecure intermediaries or 'grey route' traffic. This minimizes latency and ensures one-time passcodes are delivered within a couple of seconds.
All data traffic between your systems and our gateways is forced over strongly encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Additionally, we support IP whitelisting and token specification at the API level.
